East Imperial, the New Zealand-based premium mixer supplier, said finance director Andrew Robertson is leaving the group in two weeks.
As a replacement, Graham Duncan has joined East Imperial as a non-board chief financial officer on a part-time basis aided by Ciali de Jager, who has been appointed financial controller.
Duncan is a highly experienced UK-based accountant with extensive capital markets and freporting experience as an adviser, director and chairman of UK-listed companies, East Imperial added.
The company raised £325,000 just over a week ago via a placing at 1.1p per share with one investor.
East Imperial’s chairman and CEO Tony Burt commented: “We wish Andrew well in his new pursuits, and we are delighted to welcome Graham and Ciali, who will create a solid international team that reflects our corporate structure and global business plan.”
